Through our Transportation program, you can expect convenient, reliable service with an on-time guarantee. If an injured worker is late or misses an appointment due to circumstances within our control or the driver’s control, we will provide a similar trip free of charge or refund the cost of the appointment. If the driver is late by more than 15 minutes, we will discount the total trip charges. This exclusive guarantee makes coordinating transportation stress free. PMSI helps determine the most appropriate and cost-effective mode of transportation and also manages the entire process from verifying authorizations to scheduling, delivery and follow-up for your complete satisfaction. Driver Assisted Services (24-hour notice)
- Ambulatory (automobile) basic taxi or sedan
Advanced, Assisted Services (48-hour notice)
- Wheelchair (van with lift)
- Basic Life Support (ambulance with EMT)
- Advanced Life Support (ambulance with more advanced medical personnel)
- Air ambulance (plane or helicopter) – life support systems with medical personnel for injured individuals who need extensive care and special handling
